If you must cancel after registering, your registration fee will be refunded less a 20% handling fee, provided that written notice of cancellation is received by the final day of Standard Registration. After that, the refund is 50%. No refunds will be granted after Last-Minute Registration, but we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the registered attendee stating his or her intention to transfer registration to a named individual. Please contact us with cancellation, substitution, or refund requests.
Usable Products Company reserves the right to cancel any course up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to the first day of the course. Registrants will be promptly notified and will receive a full refund or be transferred to the equivalent course of their choice within a 12-month period. Usable Products Company is not responsible for travel expenses or any costs that may be incurred as a result of cancellations.
