Company Overview Usable Products has provided usability research and design services in the US and Europe since 1996. Our expertise spans usability testing, information architecture, interactive prototyping, focus groups, online surveys, and custom research and design services. We are known world-wide for our work on mobile telephones, and have extensive experience designing and researching desktop software and web sites. We serve telecommunications, financial, pharmaceutical, entertainment, and e-business industries. Since 2000, with the publication of the Sprint PCS Wireless Web Usability study, Usable Products has focused primarily on research and design for mobile phones and PDAs. Published in 2002, Principal Scott Weiss' book "Handheld Usability" is the definitive text on design, prototyping, and usability of mobile devices. The 2005 release of the Mobile Media Download Usability study is our first research study for sale, offering clients access to industry–leading research at an accessible price point.
