Study parameters
This Mobile Search User Experience Benchmark comprises usability research completed on four mobile search solutions: Alltel Axcess Search Powered by JumpTap, InfoSpace Mobile Search and FindIt! WAP sites, Nuance Voice Control, and Yahoo! Go and oneSearch. 20 one-hour one-on-one usability interviews were conducted on each solution in New York City for a total of 80 interviews.

“Mobile Search User Experience Benchmark” spans 179 pages and is delivered in print and on CD ROM, with 25 best practices, 76 charts, 32 demonstration videos of mobile search in action, 34 usability video clips, and hundreds of high resolution photographs.

Benefits
Increase data revenues through understanding of differing mobile search approaches and monetization strategies. Our study provides significant insight on which methodologies succeed and which fail—and why.
