In Q2, 2006, we gathered the best examples of the worst problems into a concise presentation with video clips and written analysis demonstrating the precise issues surrounding mobile keypad usability:

Video clips were harvested from archived video captured during our Media Download Usability benchmark study, conducted in 2004-2005, on 13 different handsets. This presentation includes 20 video clips gathered from 260 hour-long usability tests, totalling nearly seven minutes of run time.
