User Interface Reviews User interface reviews are a fast way to get expert feedback about a user interface's ease of use, performance, competitive position, and design challenges. We deliver a detailed report describing what needs to be done to eliminate user challenges and make your product best in its class.

Focus Groups Focus groups are a terrific way to gauge opinions about product concepts. They are typically two-hour sessions where six to nine participants are gathered into a room together. A moderator asks open-ended questions of the group from a pre-defined script. The questions cover the participants' opinions about a product concept or about their own experiences and beliefs. Clients can observe the groups through a one-way mirror. Focus groups do not provide usability data, which is performance-oriented, but instead focus on opinions.

Online Surveys Online surveys utilize the web to get your product ideas out to a wide audience for fast response. Surveys typically utilize quantitative results as the means to compare ideas, gauging participant opinions. It is also possible to include open-ended questions in online surveys, but be prepared to dig through a lot of data.
