Design Workshops
Design workshops are an iterative and participatory process combining elements of user interface design, paper prototyping and usability testing. Design workshops are a proven process that results in a fully designed and implementable user interface that is validated by user testing within a tight time frame.

Designs are produced as a team, facilitated by a moderator who drives the design toward completion: a working paper prototype that is used for usability tests. The usability tests then drive design changes and ensure a usable final design. The deliverable from a design workshop is a Functional Specification: a recipe to build the user interface, designed and tested using the paper prototype.
