Sprint Sprint is a leading wireless telephony and data provider in the US. In 2003 and 2004 Usable Products conducted several studies for Sprint focused in the following areas:
High Speed Wireless Data In 2003 and 2004, Usable Products developed and conducted several suites of tests to compare data transmission speeds of four of the major US wireless data providers. An automated test suite was designed to model a typical business traveler's laptop data use. Usable Products conducted tests in 11 cities throughout the US. The results were used by Sprint in a major advertising campaign and provided valuable data used by Sprint in their decisions to evolve their high speed data networks. Push to Talk In 2003, Usable Products reviewed the Push-to-Talk (PTT), walkie-talkie style communication offerings by three major US wireless providers and conducted performance tests in 5 US cities.
